Winter Womb Tea recipe

This tried and tested warming tea is wonderful when your body needs a boost.

Simple and delicious the sweetness can be increased and the spice can be doubled.

Ingredients: (makes 1 mug)

Tumeric 1/4 tspn

Nut milk 1 cup

Maple syrup half a tspn

Cinnamon 1/4 tspn

Honey half a tspn

Ginger 1/4

Cardamon 2 pods

1 Black teabag

Bring milk to a boil. Add all seasoning and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy.
