‘The body remembers and memories and trauma lay deep within its cells.’ The womb absorbs trauma like a sponge, giving pain a place to sit whilst we take our time to heal and release.
In this workshop, we will be learning how to release womb trauma through self-massage, journaling, somatic movement, and sound.
After this course, you will have the tools to continue releasing and healing whilst understanding and connecting to your womb.
